This refers to my embarrassing experience at your outlet at Ponda an hour back. After paying the bill when I left the medical store I was called by cashier alleging that I did not pay the bill amount. She was vouching that she did not receive money in spite of my insistence.There was a scene in the store and your representative was supportive to the cashier. Fortunately he played the recorded scene of the camera and after a while confirmed the payment. The entire thing was quite damaging to my reputation. I have been the customer of the pharmacy for the time being run by Brokers. Kindly take the matter seriously and take the appropriate action. 21 Sep 2015
