The Bangalore service is very bad. The delivery personal never comes and report either customer not found or closed. Imagine a residential complex consisting of 360 apartments; tell me how on earth it is closed as reported by your agent. We have earlier also experienced this kind of problem and they finally after lots of verbal communication. They call us at their place. Please make sure this is done properly as I am an aged person and cannot travel to their office to pick up the parcel. My tracking number is 663627897763. 23 Aug 2016
