I order on Snapdeal approx. 1 month before and Snapdeal handed over my item on 19 December 2015 to Fedex courier and today is 29th December 2015 and they have my order from last 7 days there and still not deliver. It’s not happening first time with me, but 3rd time. All the time when my order ship by Fedex it never deliver and most of the time I had to cancel my order same I done this time. Very poor service of Fedex and really disappointing. Customer support seems have no role, they just pick the call and end it. No action taken by them. I do not understand how such a big company can do business like this. Please look into this consideration and update your services, so that customer will be happy with this. A reply depends on the businessman. He may or may not reply you. 29 Dec 2015
