We would like to apprise you that a consignment number B99123762653 dated 04.04.2016 from Mumbai to Kolkata is yet to be delivered at the address mentioned against the undersigned. We were informed yesterday and today morning from the contact personnel’s at first flight that the consignment is in Kolkata office and was to be delivered by 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm at our office. However, we are now informed that the consignment hasn’t reached Kolkata. The consignment is very urgent and further delay will lead to financial implications at our end. Trust you will understand the concern, look into the matter, expedite to the maximum possibilities and provide a line of confirmation per return on an urgent basis till time not update.
