I found Florence hospital the best available in Kashmir the staff are very professional and experienced I want to thank Dr. Adnan Zahoor and Dr. Imran Muzaffar from the core of my heart both are very talented doctors of our valley sober and professionals. My Baby was very ill since last night, I tried florence hospital landline no which I got from Kashmir Search.com and tried from 8 am to 10 am. no once picked the call then I tried again at 11 and someone felt pity on it and picked my call. I requested to book appointment with DR FAROOQ MIR (Pediatrician), the receptionist told me that the booking are completed and hung up the phone. I went there and met Dr Farooq requested him to see my baby and told him that I can wait till he finish all his appointments of the day he told me that HE HAS A TARGET FOR 45 BABIES FOR 10 AM TO 12 NOON AND THERE ARE ALREADY 45 BOOKED PATIENTS I REQUESTED TO SEE MY BABY FOR 2 MINUTES AND HE TOLD ME TO COME TO HIS OTHER CLINIC AT DALGATE AND REFUSED TO SEE MY BABY.

Once i visited the hospital not as patient but as attendant to aside.
I feel pleasure being there as i found the hospitality & Management was good, sober and seems much professional. 05 May 2014

The management of this hospital is good and there is well mannered staff but Dr. Imran is the best.I want to thank Dr. Imran Muzaffar from the core of my heart.He is very nice,sober, gentle and above all he is a great doctor.I wish someday I can tell 30 Mar 2013

hospital as well as doctors are good but the nurses thr are very unprofessional and seems like the hospital lacks proper management.i think management is not taking any action on queries or complaint. i wish some day i get chance to tell the owner 02 Dec 2012
