Hi, I had a very bad experience with Fonecare (www.phonecare.in/), very pathetic service provided by them. While taking my mobile for repair they took Rs. 250 as diagnostic charges (which would have been waived off once the repairing was done) and committed the repairing cost is Rs. 1500 and will get repaired within 2 days of time. I was keep on following with them for my mobile, but they were not even bothered about reverting me. Every time I called they used give me a same reply that will get back to you in some time with status, but no one was reverting. Now after 1 month they said it will cost around Rs. 3000 for repairing. When I denied to pay such amount, they simply said that will return your mobile and will not return the Rs: 250(service charge/Diagnostic charges, this was the reply from Miss Pooja HOD). If the HOD is giving this kind of reply then you can understand how the underlining staff is trained to make people fool.

I am using iPhone last one year. Two months ago, my mobile phone creates some problem. Then I went to the iPhone Service Center. The iPhone executive checked the issue of my phone and solved the problem. This is great experience in my life. Really I appreciate the iPhone services. 07 Jul 2015
