It is very unfortunate that your services are very unprofessional. I have to call up in number of times, every time to get my complaint lodged. Your service men do not pick up the phone. They cut our calls. I waited for the entire day to get my filter serviced and no one came. This has happened in number of times. 11 Apr 2016

I got Kent water purifier service done on 26th December by G S Techno Service, where they replaced all the filters worth Rs.4000, but now the water purifier is not working at all, not even power light is coming. Looks like the filters are leaking as I see water in that top area. How can they spoil my entire filter with such carelessness? Now when I am trying to call the GS Techno Service, no one is picking up the call. What a pathetic service and response. 18 Jan 2016
