No internet for 1 week and when keep calling these culture less scold the customers. I want to disconnect and get 1000 rupees deposit bank. I am going to police immediately for harassment. 11 Aug 2016

Galaxy Digital Network is the worst service provider for broadband. They take the prepaid money and don’t fix the internet. The staff is so rude and non-responsive. Even after calling umpteenth time no one come for fixing the internet. They don't refund the money also later on. Since we don't have any other service provider in that area customer has to suffer. They don't even have any complaint portal. They aren't afraid of any customer feedback either. 24 Jun 2016
