How to book online gas cylinder. Please send the detailed procedure.

I have to transfer my LPG gas connection (indane) from Bhopal to Indore so what should i have to do and what documents are required.

How can i fill up my kyc form.

My consumer no. is 30477. I have booked for refill cylinder on 28/02/15. My automated booking no. is 828892. As per latest information you generated a cash memo bearing no. 3000317433 on 15th March,2015 and stating that delivery of the cylinder is done whereas the fact is I am yet to get the cylinder even after delay of 23 days which is redecules
. I have already submitted required documents to link my bank a/c for the subsidy under the Pahal Scheme in the month of December 2014 and again on 17th of this month. Kindly let me know the reason for the delay.
