This has got to be one of the worst experiences with any travel company. The driver Dinesh was relative of the owner and both of them together are a pair of idiots. They overcharged on already agreed upon prices and we had to pay at least 1500 Rs extra due to the driver having made additional trip somewhere while we were out trekking. When confronted both of them refused to agree on this and asked to be paid in full. They are greedy, lying nonprofessional people who do not know how to manage a service properly. How they have got so many good ratings is out of my understanding. 07 Jun 2016
