Gold gym sector 14 Gurgaon is worst gym. Trainer Veer Yadav never guided me correct he lacks basic knowledge. Worst is physiotherapist Rekha Verma she knows nothing about physiotherapy in spite of me going to her number of times she never listened or responded. All other trainers too lack basic knowledge and two trainers guided me wrong exercise I got injury. Never join this gym please don’t risk your life. Beware of these corporate gyms chains franchisee who just want money and once you pay them they never respond to your grievances even brand gold will never respond and will say franchisees are not there responsibility they can function as they want. The management doesn’t teach or evaluate the trainers and in turn if I complained that trainers lack knowledge and dint guide me correct the management consisting of Mr Ashish Gupta and is mother shouted at me never listened. 25 Oct 2015
