Subject; My claim for cost of health checkup as per clause 6.8, Ref. Policy Number 2015/16 1003002815P109309205, present policy 2016/17 1003002816 P110647212.
I am a Mediclaim Policy holder since 2002; so far I have not made any claim. Recently I came to know that there is a provision for claiming cost of medical checkup as per 6.8 and I have given a claim to my local office Kozhikode. So far I have not received any communication in this regard. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful
