DET8 Worst service ever done a booking today 1:30 pm after talking to their customer care executive from Faridabad to Chandigarh pick up time 7:45 pm. booked the cab and made the online payment of Rs. 3200. My booking Id is OW201625600. Then again I called to customer care to confirm when I will receive the driver detail. She told 4 hours before journey. Till 6:00 pm I didn't get any confirmation. 12 Aug 2016
Nithin Booked Delhi to manali and later extended to Leh-list of horrible experiences driver stole mobile phone and returned it later on threatening of theft recovery app. Talks rudely and drinks daily after 7 pm, smokes every one hour without thinking about the passengers. Demanded extra pay after getting down, demanded pay for food as well company supports driver and does not apologize for the experience. 22 Jun 2016
Abhisek Das Worst cab service I have ever experienced. This Gozocabs Company seems to be fishy from the day 1 since they have started making false promises about the trip. I had planned a family trip to Manali from New Delhi with my parents and in-laws. I have requested this company repeatedly about the service and not to make any false promises, and they have responded well that point of time. However my expectations didn't do well when our journey started from New Delhi. The driver Nitin started misbehaving with almost all of us from the beginning of the journey. He was rude and misbehaving with women as well. The first shock came to us when he denied taking us to Rohtang Pass, which was included in our package. He even denied going for sightseeing, that was the time when I asked for help and called Gozocabs customer care and I was shocked by their response, same people who were calling me and mailing me several times few days before the journey, the same people just ignored me like anything. Most of them either hung up on my face or promised to call me back. But they didn't. Suresh was the man who was supposed to coordinate the trip simply ignored me. The driver Nitin not only denied to go according to package but also threatened us several times. Gozocabs wasted our Trip and money. Therefore, I would suggest never hire Gozocabs. Worst experience one can have.

Sachin B Pathetic service very unreliable people, I booked cab 4 months back and got confirmation saying that there will not be any price changes. One day before journey they asked me for Rs.2000 extra and when I said I am unhappy, just before journey, I got sms saying that your booking has been cancelled very unprofessional people. I had to manage with other cab at the last moment never go for gozocabs. 17 May 2016

Philipe Pathetic service I booked 4 days in advance, I didn’t receive any details from the driver 3 hours before as said on the confirmation. On the number 9051877000, a lady told me 3 times that she will call me back, what she never did, and the friend of mine was waiting more than 1 hour at Delhi airport at the end, not even a call and a sorry from Gozocabs ! Abhijit Ray Took a cab from Delhi airport to Jaipur today i.e 16/11/2015. Professionalism showed at every step. I would like to specially mention the name of Mr Farukh here who drop us from Delhi to Jaipur. He made suitable arrangements for an early cab ahead of schedule as our flight arrived early.
