i am one of the customer of your company. when gas leakage we havecomplained the complaint with your]M K B Nagar office, the relative mechanic has to come and attend the fault and he expressed and order us to change the hole gas stove this is happend several times, when my friend is mechnic in esteemed kitchenequipment organisation when he saw the complaint he suggested the cylinder is leakage due to lack of washer in the cylender. so please my suggestion is please change your mechanics in M k b nagar, chennaior other wise we are going to complaint in consumer associaiton
