Prakash I am using HCL laptop past 4 years and now I am facing battery issue and discussed with several authorized service center people every said this model battery not available like that even Coimbatore regional office people said please try with local market for used batteries availability listed key that. I don't understand why we have to get used batteries.

Instead of solve my problem they gave me another number of customer care. I called that number related to my HCL computer display.
