I want to clarify the tenure of my car loan account number 32914839. When I dial their customer care number (09945863333) it says that it is not a valid number. May I ask you why it is so? If they have changed their number, then do not you think that the customers should be informed? Who is responsible for this kind of irresponsible attitude? and this branch 3 km from our office
so please give suggestion your bank staff donot distrub and our chq collect without any problem
other wise we will be taken hard action about your bank / staff
