Then I am just call customer care number and given full detail of money transaction and after that customer care person given complaint ref number 1082885. And he say me your money refund in 7 days working days but past 16 days my money not refund and not any query or next action my report so I feel very guilty why open account in this bank. And I am also fallow up with customer care person but not any one clear feedback gives me.

PRITPAL SINGH 9 Dec 2016 HI,
I am unable to login into net banking after giving correct password with cus id.(says your password invalid) and when I try to regenerate IPIN then it throw the error (No Active Debit/ATM Card(s) linked to the customer ID).
Please do needful.

RABEEN RR 3 Jan 2018 I made a ICICI credit card payment 16000 through HDFC online banking on 31st Dec,My credit card payment due date is 2nd Jan,As per ICICI the amount hasn't credited yet,Why haven't the amount credited in my credit card account,If bank charges late payment,I will not be responsible for this.Kindly have a look into this.
