Lacks Customer focus, esp. the manager who has no respect for a customer and is pressing her employees as well for target driven banking, I have been forced to open multiple accounts and then being charged for non-maintenance of funds which was never told while opening the accounts. They force you to open Demat, ISA, Insurance and what not. It’s not a bank, but an HDFC shop now. Seen other HDFC bank branches as well, but never ever saw such disregard of customer. They are Mafia in the white collar. People, please are aware. 28 Sep 2015
