The pen drive of HP are always created problem with its memory space. Last month I purchased a 8 GB pen drive from HP authorized service center. Only three times saved data into this and deleted. When I saw the property of the pen drive, it shows only 7 GB space. I think some files are hidden, then I format this and recheck the memory, but it again show only 7 GB. I don't know what happen, but till then I don't like HP and HP Pen drive service center. 07 Jul 2015

Hello, I am Sandeep Khosla. I am using HP Deskjet Ink advantage 3545e printer for two months. But from few days it is giving multifunction error. So I submitted it to HP Printer service center to repair. But 10 days has been passed to give the printer at the service center and they have not repaired it yet, so lazy service of the service center. 06 Jul 2015

Dear Sir / Madam,
Hope u r doing well.
As per telephonic communication with u r person Mr. Shivachandra just now my above mentioned HP photo smart printer is not getting black print only other colors are OK.
-I changed the black cartridge by new one but still not satisfactory as at beginning 1-2 times came the print but very faint.
- I head cleaned many times but that time also very faint black print came.
-After some days nothing coming so,
- Hope your expertise is needed to get my black printing normal.
