The agency phone numbers are never available to book the gas and one has to go personally by wasting the time and fuel. Although it can be done only by singal telehone call. The agency staff never listen to the problem.Needs immedaiate action. 03 Oct 2012

You are absolutely right.Whenever you call the number is temporarily out of service.If an aged person has to get his gas booked will it be feasible for the person to travel all the way to sec-07 and get the booking?HP gas company should be answerable 17 Jun 2012

The working of this agency is erratic. They 2 telephone Nos 2598851 & 2596873 whic they keep blocked for incoming calls from 10:00 AM to 4:45 PM. Consumer has to go in person for booking the gas cylinder or to enquire about the status of delivery. 07 Feb 2012
