I purchased a motor pump of havells which is in warranty period. Due to fault I lodged a complaint to customer care on 05 July 17 which was to be attended by technician within 24 hours. Even after 70 hours and reminding to customer care and senior executives nothing has been done. I find the services of havells are very poor and irresponsive. 07 Jul 2017
