Was disappointed with the final stage decorations which was not close to the photo shown (Curtain arrangements were good). It was difficult to discuss the designs required as the person was adamant and it took time to get the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid and flower girl arrangements to something acceptable. Even more disastrous was that 2 out of 4 flower baskets broke directly before the function started. They were very prompt in collecting the money and there was no reduction given despite all the failings 06 Nov 2015
