I am highly disgusted with the experience I have had while trying to obtain a booking at Everest Hotel at Kulri Bazaar. It clearly appears that they are out to make money and dont care about the inconvenience caused. On 6 June I booked a room in this hotel which was in my budget and available on preferred date. When I booked I paid a booking amount and received a confirmation message stating that I will receive a check in pass before 16 June. I was content that I have a hotel booking and now I only have to see the transport aspect. To my surprise on the 9 which is 3 days after I receive a message that my booking amount of 1600 has been reversed. On 17 I called up and spoke to Amit Manager of the hotel and he told me that they are full so they will confirm regarding booking and I received a confirmation of refund. This is highly unprofessional on their part. I booked through stayzilla and they are saying that this is hotels fault as they did not update the inventory. 12 Jun 2016

I am highly disgusted by the way this hotel is running its business. They dont care about the inconvenience caused and are there to make money. I was looking for a decent hotel at my preferred date within my budget. I found this hotel within my budget and when I tried to book it allowed me to book and I paid a booking amount of 1600. I was relaxed that I have a booking. Now after 3 days I receive a message that my booking amount has been reversed. I spoke to the manager and he told me that they are fully booked but will still confirm be evening. In the evening I received confirmation of my refund. This truly has been a very bad experience for me. Please be careful while booking at this hotel as even if you are paying a booking amount you are not sure whether you have a booking or not. This is highly unprofessional and not acceptable. 12 Jun 2016
