Processing fee waiver not done by HDFC as per communication. Before applying loan I was told by HDFC Limited people that no processing fees as per the offer, after loan disbursement they telling we don't know any offer and there service is so bad that they expect bribe for every small thing especially HDFC Dilsukhnagar branch manager. I was keep on asking and calling so far 100 times, they respond positively at that time, but than they do same stuff as usual shame on them, whole dilsukhnagar staff is not even aware of HDFC offers and rules/regulations they just work as the flow like every other govt organization. 11 Dec 2015
