I have taken two wheeler loans from ICICI Lombard. Last week I faced one accident in which my vehicle was damaged. I called the customer care executive to know about the insurance money would be transferred into my account or I had to visit at the office. The executive replied to visit at the office. The office executive told me that the money would be transferred within 2 days. But I do not get the money. Where is that? 06 Jul 2015
