I got the FRP water tanks installed from ICP for my house. After few months, while cleaning the tanks, noticed that inside body color of the FRP water tank was peeling off. The water was completely yellow, and the color was coming on the hand even for a gentle wipe. Later, found out that the color used to paint the inner wall of the tank is industrial grade paint. I was really concerned and called the ICP and reported the issue. After several mails and calls, they sent someone to coat the inner wall with Epoxy resin. After this, the water was stinking even after several days. I again called and told them that I will complain if they don't resolve this issue. They sent another set of tanks, which also had the same issue (color peeling off from inside and mixing with drinking water). I didn't want to drink the unsafe water, so asked them to refund the payment made and take back the tanks. They just left the tanks and disappeared, not answer my calls from then on very unprofessional. 27 Mar 2017
