The claim service of IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company is best because they committed to complete the claim within eight days. Last month my brother called the customer care and submits the claim file. After eight days he was surprised that the claim was passed as the company committed. But till now I could not receive any message or mail regarding my payment. I called customer care and asked for my payment policy. They told me that we cannot receive any payment through online.
