It was my horrible and terrible experience with ING Vysya Bank. I have lost my ATM card last month. I called to customer care of ING Vysya Bank and requested for a block my ATM card. But they did not take any action against my complaint. They do not understand the customer problem. I am very disappointed with their service. 08 Jun 2015
