Dear Sir, I visited shop at Indraprastha Towers on 27-4-2016 in after noon interacted with Mrs. Reena for international roaming facility on my Cell no. 9826049301 as I am going out of India. In this connection she needed copy of my PAN card hence I gave her original PAN card for copy. However, I forgot to get the same back from her. I immediately contacted her next day i.e 29-4-2016 but she replied that it has been given back to me and advised me to apply for duplicate. I searched and checked everywhere and am sure that the card was left in shop only but due rush perhaps she is not trying to search. Kindly make earnest effort to get my original PAN card which is surely left at the shop at Indraprastha Towers.
