Recently we ported one number from Air tel to IDEA. But service is very very poor compared to Airtel. I am planning to shift back to Airtel. Even it is difficult to reach your helpline number 0731-4031414 nor your agent in Indore (9826570101). So this may be our last call for help. Am giving below an Airtel number.

My Cell No.9179916063 (Prepaid) port from Airtel on Dt.13.03.2013 and your executive inform the your cell activated (Idea-Pospaid) in 7 working days but till date no working so please inform to me my cell no activated or not in Idea network.

I have lodged a complain

I have taken IDEA 3G data card, having no- 7354882869 in the name of Mr Vinod Kumar. It is not working . I just would like to know whether this data card is activated or not.
