Sir, I have booking train ticket for MMT my booking id is NR2151128281195 for Delhi to HBJ ticket amount is 863.82 rupees and second ticket id is NR2151128279859 HBJ to Delhi Ticket amount is 448.49 rupees but this ticket is not approve for technical problem so mmt customer care agent told me your ticket amount refund in your account yesterday 5.30 pm but this amount is not credit in my account total amount is 448.49 863.82 =1312.31rs please sir this amount credit in my account
