You guys are right. They have taken an annual contract and don't come to service the unit. Don't ever sign up for an Ion Exchange product.

1. THESE RASCALS CALLED ION EXCHANGE ARE A FRAUD COMPANY WHO ONLY SELL THEIR MACHINES BUT ONCE SOLD, DO NOT CALL BACK OR CARRY OUT SERVICING.
2. MOST OF THEIR OFFICES ARE CLOSED AND WORKERS ARE NOT GETTING SALARIES, SO ARE LEAVING JOBS.
