Hello friends, I had bought a hero Karisma motorcycle last month. Its digital speedometer and its comfort seating capacity are very great. But suddenly my motorcycle creates a chain problem. This bike chain sets make a much noise. So that I went to hero motorcycle service center and they properly change my bike chain set. And now it's working very well. 25 Jun 2015

I had purchased a Hero Karisma bike in the year of 2014 from a hero authorized dealer in Delhi. Really, it is a stylish bike with amazing pick up and excellent road balance. And hero bike's service center provides best services to its customer. I am satisfied with hero bikes. 22 Jun 2015

Last Sunday I have done the complete engine work on my bike from JMD Hero Dealers. They did not provide better services, I am facing the same problem which I have seen on my bike, such as oil leaking, leaving carbon etc. so please take the action about my complaint. As soon as possible. Otherwise, I will do the mail to the hero customer support. 22 May 2015
