Very bad experience. First wrong product delivered due to their employee mistake. All tiles were promised to be delievered in 1 day but it took 2 weeks for all tiles. Then one whole box of tiles was broken and they refused to change it blaming on us. Moreover less tiles were given to us & they refused to accept it because we had paid in full & we were helpless. 02 Sep 2013
