This is to share my worst experience as a consumer with any retailer ever. I went to the shop to buy a Saree along with my mother-in-law for an occasion at my house. I bought a Rs 1500 Saree, went home and while showing the same to my family, found that it was torn from multiple sides when I went back to get it replaced, the behavior of the shopkeeper was disgusting and gravely insulting. He disrespected my mother-in-law too, showing no regard, her being an elderly person. He was shouting like anything, just because we went to get the Saree replaced. How can a shopkeeper expect to run a good business having no sense of humanity and respect for women, no sense of talking, no sense of meeting the needs of his customers at first? I urge all the readers not to pay heed to such assholes in the market, who just because of their shop running well, forget even the way of speaking to their customers. 04 Nov 2015
