I have been facing a lot of problems due to bad customer service of this bank. Last month I applied for an ATM card. All the necessary documents I deposited in the bank branch and they told me the card was issued within 15 days. But till today, I did not get my new ATM card. When I called to customer care they try to make an excuse. I am so disappointed with their service. 09 Jun 2015
