Complaint lodged on 14th sep, 2013 rabout the bathroom fittings which were newly fixed are not working properly and leakages are noticed. Till to day nobody has visited the building and corrected the faulty items of Jaquar products. Do speedy action immediately.

I has registered a service request (complaint number 043081) on Jan 20 and was told that a service reply will call to visit within 72 hours. I called again on Jan 27 when no one appeared and I was told that the complaint had been escalated and that I should hear within 48 hours.
Today when I called the service rep informed me that the complaint had been canceled saying it was because of mistake on the service reps. I am surprised at this lack of professionalism.

Repair on toilet flush push button.
Residing at F1Block C.KVM Swarnaboomi,Moolathoppu,Melur Road, Srirangam, Trichirappalli, Tamilnadu. Toilet flush push button not working. Your service centre says that it was purchased one year and four months back. So guarantee over and i have to pay for the replacement. As a reputed company ur product gets repaired in one year how can the customer trust ur brand. I think it is ur concern to kindly replace and oblidge.
