this is the worst customer service anyone could ever get.. People never responds your call and never care for the customers.
i booked a tvs streak recently on a loan and they said it would just be cleared in 3 days as i required it urgently.
now even after being 25 days they have not kept their promise and just keep ignoring my calls.
you will get it today, you will get in 2 days and thus they go on with their false promises.
And the fat lady at the counter never knows when they gonna get load from TVS they say they are getting certain colours and when told them that we are fine with any of the colour, they say again that we have not received the load today.
Staffs lyk bagya and hussain are never meant for Service.
i have booked a TVS Streak black with green on 29th Mar'12 in the name of Deepa Modi L on TVS Finance.
Ms Bagya is the one who i contacted and she have given me confirmation that the bike would be delivered in 3-4 days and till today then don't have a clue about it.
Everyday i am calling her on her mobile, she says that we have not yet received load and it will come tomm and day after. . and it goes on and on and on on.
Even the lady at the counter confirmed me on 9th Apr that they are getting load on 13th Apr and we will deliver you the bike on 14th Apr.
but still they haven't delivered the bike. . at the time of booking
itself i told them that i needed the bike urgently and they assured me they will do it and it was al 17 Apr 2012
