I was with my wife and kid, I requested them to drop us near bus stop as its highway and not safe, but the driver and conductor were very rude finally, when I threatened to dial 100 and call the police then they offered us to drop in near Solan railway station. 27 Nov 2016

Your bus operators at Mcleodgunj office, Himachal are exploiting traveler’s money and behave in a rude way. They hide the bus details, the bus number so that to mislead people and provide them the wrong bus which is cheaper than what they booked. 09 Oct 2015

Besides booking your bus service, your bus never turned up we were made to travel in Laxmi travels your operators are fooling people by doing such stuff you are very much aware of. Tourists don’t get fooled if you get seater bus instead of sleeper for which you paid more for your comfort. 09 Oct 2015

This is regarding the unpleasant and terrible experience with your bus service, I had booked a an AC Volvo Semi sleeper bus from Kangra (Himachal) to New Delhi for 4th oct'15 and we were asked to travel in an ordinary AC seater bus and instead you made some other passengers sit from whom you took money and kept in your pocket, whereas we had paid online through makemytrip, you should not cheat. 09 Oct 2015
