Hello Sir/Madam, I am Sanvi Mehra. I took an appointment with Kaya Skin Clinic for laser skin treatment. But when I reached at Kaya Skin Clinic, they told me that there is busy schedule now. Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Shaya Taneja. In March 2013, I had visited at the Kaya skin clinic for acne treatment. They told me that I would have to take a package of Rs 25,500 and my acne would be removed within six months. But after 8 months, I have noticed that my acne has worsened and increased. I also called on the customer care number and they told me that Free facial and laser hair removal service will be given me freedom. But when I reached at the Kaya skin clinic they told me clinic is busy. Please look into this matter or refund my money. 15 Jun 2015
