Never give this dealer advance for booking of cement. He will compel to buy other building materials from himself otherwise he will annoy you in giving cement. Give receiving and tell him that only those bills will be paid for which he has receiving. In my case he billed 5 bags more than he supplied. You should be cautious while dealing with this person. In my home making process, he was the worst dealer I had to deal with. 09 Apr 2017

Don't book cement from this dealer by giving advance. If the price rises, he would not supply unless you purchase other construction material like saria etc. from him and he will earn from that other construction material. Take receiving of every cement bag he supplies. In my home construction, he accounted 5 bags more than he supplied. But since I didn't have any proof and had given advance, I could not do anything. 09 Apr 2017
