Hi, I had ordered product ax Paris butterfly print skirt value: 2495/ having order id 1274496. I have following complaints 1. The product is still available online and I am getting a mail from Koovs that it is out of stock. This is highly unprofessional of the site to declare such things when the product is still available. 2. No response from Koovs, your numbers are highly unreachable I am kept on hold for more than 10 minute and there’s no answer whatsoever. Neither the mails are replied on time. Please see to that I have my product delivered or provide me credit amount of rupees 2495 in my account.
