Bad experience with LG. No accountability. You keep calling customer / repair service. Nothing happens. It is a favour if they send a mechanic. Every time a new mechanic turns up and fiddles with the equipment and problem persists.

LG products are good. BUT service and repair works are frankly attrocious. Incompetant mechanics ( they call them engineers ) come and go. They keep changing parts and you keep paying for them and the problem continues. Frustrating & disappointing. 01 Mar 2013

I felt very bad Experience by buying LG LED TV Model name (LS 5700)in Adhishwar ..I have purchased TV on July 2012.. just within 4 months I faced problem. I have registered complaint on 19th November. Still the issue is not resolved. 28 Nov 2012
