I bought 55-inch LG smart TV on 6th November 2018 from Kohinoor Kharghar branch, However the installation was done on 9th November 2018. I had to run from pillar to post for installation to be done. I was totally disgusted and shattered by the pathetic and unprofessional service offered by the local service engineer. I was assured by the dealer that TAT was 48 hours for installation but unfortunately, no one turned on 7th and 8th November for installation. The service engineer Mr. Bhimrao was abusive and rude when I requested him for installation. My entire family had to wait during Diwali days as we were waiting for installation. I raised a complaint through email but the service center manager Prashant Patil just called apologizing for the same. I think I should be compensated for the delay in installation and wasting my two precious days.
