In spite of me submitting LIC reduction of interest form filled for reducing interest from 10.2 Oct downwards to current market rates along with charges of 1501 Rs paid on 02nd January 2016 with ICICI bank cheque number 833652, still your Pune Kalyaninagar branch team has not bothered to reduce my interest rates at all. Please take action immediately before I escalate this to branch manager and higher of LIC Branch Hyderabad or Pune. Please confirm the loan reduction along with a call on my registered mobile as soon as possible. 23 Jan 2017
