On 08-06-2018, I made payment of Rs.300/- in order to book a ticket to Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam Dharshan through my registered mobile phone number from my LVB savings bank account.Immediately I received two otp messages nos.856137 and 863343 at the same time and immeditely I sent first otp no.856137 the amount of rs.300/- has also been deducted in my LVB sb account.But the amount has not been sent to ttd authorities and stated by them 'transaction failed' due to non receipt of amount. Hence I could not book the ticket on the proposed date. Hence I request you to refund the amount immditely and credit the same in to LVB bank account.
