Dear Parents, I not only had a bad but horrible experience with the lady who claims to be HSR layout franchise owner, Mrs Shweta Arora .Today when my 1.3 year old daughter had bad rashes around her groin area and across the bump and this is not the first time it was happening , during the period of 2-3 months this is the 5th same experience though I kept my cool every time by just reminding them to check diapers regularly however Shweta never was on receptive mode rather tried to throw blame on my head saying that " Y it happens to your child again and again and today when I saw my daughter badly injured (as they hardly checked if the child has pooped) due to rashes I called her, she asked me come over so that I can prove her that I am not lying so in spite of going to the doctor I had to rush to her to show. Even after seeing she pounced on me and started interrogating that this must have happened at home and starting arguing. 25 Feb 2016
