It is the worst customer service provided by the company. They need for more attention to their service as well as product. My Livpure water purifier stopped working and logged my complaint to customer care. It all happened during the warranty period, but the service man charged me 3000 rupees. I am very unsatisfied and upset with their customer service. 08 Jun 2015
