Utterly disappointed with the installation of the 3 AC's I had ordered for my house. Expected the technicians to be experienced to know the positioning of the units as I sit abroad but all in vain. The fat pipes are hanging in the middle of the flat. The living room AC is placed in the corner facing the window. "are the plants outside suppose to get the AC" not sure how this works, but I wonder if Lyoyd will even care to fix this, very disappointed. 28 Nov 2018
