I went to the salon for the first time today and my first experience was the worst experience. When I wanted a simple head massage for rupees 350 (I asked for the price a few weeks back), the man went forward giving me a hair spa treatment for rupees 1500. I was glad I asked him about the price while he was doing this or I would have had to pay an amount I did not have at hand. He also began talking back to me, saying it's my fault that I had not informed him before about what I wanted. He was very rude with no apologetic statements and continued to blame me for his mistake, when I had already informed the receptionist about what I wanted. He even began saying that whenever I go to a place, I need to listen carefully and respond carefully. I have never in my life seen such an egoistic, unmannered and rude staff in my life. My advice for anyone in amity going for its services is that you proceed with caution and make sure they know exactly what you want so that you aren't robbed. 30 Aug 2015
